By using this app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. This page is informational and not legal advice.
1. Service Use
Sensors Daily Planner is provided to help users organize daily tasks, routines, and schedules. You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly.
- You may not use the app to plan, promote, or carry out harmful or illegal activity.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- The app may change over time, including feature updates and design updates.
2. Account and Sign-In
Google Sign-In is used for account access and secure sync features. Your email is used for authentication, and the app UI is designed not to publicly display your full email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your own Google account.
- Unauthorized access attempts may be blocked by server-side security controls.
3. How Data Is Managed
The planner stores task entries, checklist state, schedule items, and related profile metadata needed to run the app.
- Local data: Saved in browser local storage for fast day-to-day use.
- Cloud data: Stored through authenticated sync endpoints when Google auth/session is available.
- Sync security: Sync routes require authentication and are sent with no-store cache headers.
- In-transit protection: App traffic is expected to be served over HTTPS in production.
4. Export and Deletion
Users have direct controls in the menu for compliance actions:
- Export Data: Downloads your planner data as JSON.
- Delete Data: Removes local account data and requests cloud deletion.
If cloud auth is unavailable at deletion time, local data is still removed and cloud deletion may require re-authentication.
5. Retention and Availability
Data retention may vary by deployment configuration. The app includes local fallback behavior for certain environments. For production reliability, durable storage should be enabled by the deployer.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
This app, including its code, layout, branding, graphics, and original written content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise stated, these materials are owned by Sensor's Productions.
- App ownership: You may not copy, resell, republish, or distribute app assets without permission.
- Your content: You keep ownership of planner entries and notes that you create.
- Limited license to operate: You grant a limited, revocable license for the app to process/store your entries only to provide planner and sync features.
- No unauthorized uploads: Do not upload copyrighted text, images, or other media unless you own it or have legal rights to use it.
- Copyright reports: Report alleged infringement to the app owner/deployer for review and potential takedown action.
- Enforcement: Verified repeat infringement may lead to content removal, account restrictions, or access termination.
7. Safety Messaging
The app includes rule-based safety messaging to encourage positive and non-harmful planning behavior. These checks are supportive only and are not a substitute for emergency or professional services.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sensor's Productions does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for every specific purpose.
9. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated over time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
